What should I expect from my first therapy sessions?
In the first few therapy sessions it is important for me to gain a good understanding of why you are seeking therapy, what your immediate needs are, and your history (family, relationship, medical, personal). We will also collaborate to create a treatment plan for both short and long-term therapeutic goals.

How do I know if you're the right therapist for me?
It's important that you feel understood, safe, and connected as we build our therapeutic relationship. I also assess your needs to be confident that my areas of expertise and experience match your concerns and issues.

Is therapy confidential?
Yes. Federal and state law prohibits sharing any information without your written permission.

How long are the therapy sessions?
50 minutes.

Do you take insurance?
I do not accept insurance directly, however I am able to provide you with the information you will need to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. You will need to check with your insurance provider to learn more about your out-of-network provider benefits.

How much do you charge per session?
My fee is $185 per session. I accept cash or check and payment is required at the end of each session.

Where are you located?
My office address is 810 Cottageview Dr., suite 102. I am located at the Village at Grand Traverse Commons near Trattoria Stella and the Pleasanton Bakery.

Is there parking nearby?
Yes, there is abundant parking, including a parking lot directly in front of my office building.
